After qualifying on pole and having my time thrown out for technical non-compliance, I started last in the field. After a flying start, I was off chasing the faster Touring Cars. Crossing the line in first in the Sportsman class means that I have become the youngest ever USTCC race winner, setting the Sportsman Lap Record at Buttonwillow 25CW as well at a 2:01.612.
