Please note: I AM NOT A SAFETY PROFESSIONAL. These are simply the products that I use every day in my own shop that I have found keep me safe the best. Be sure to size and fit your respirator correctly (hold down on the exhale valve and breathe out, the respirator should inflate slightly, this may take a fair bit of adjusting on the straps when you first get it). I personally wear a size medium, as do most of my friends (men without beards too). As for steel toed boots, my personal preference is to air on slightly larger (I'm a 6.5/7 but I lean 7/7.5) to allow for cushioned socks.
