Extra small waist? ♥︎ I was creative! This workout includes lots of innovative exercises for the abs! Doing always the same exercises gets boring over time, so I have modified basic crunches and created a workout which will be (hopefully) fun for you! This workout targets your entire ab muscles - upper / middle / lower abs and obliques. If you do this workout regularly, you'll get a slim and trained waist with visible ab lines within a short time! For faster results, combine this workout with a cardio session. Let me know how you like the new modified exercises in this one. :) Enjoy (...or hate me for... ) the burn!🔥

▪️ Intensity: Intense

▪️ Recommendations:
• Make sure to press your lower back flat onto the mat. No gaps please. Hold this position also during leg lifts and lower your legs only as far as possible, even if there is only a minimum of motion. ALWAYS keep the tension and press your lower back onto the mat and engage your core!
• If your neck hurts while performing the exercises, you can lay your head on the mat and go on.
• Repeating the workout 2-3x per week works perfectly.
• For more burn, combine it with my other ab workouts.
