In line with a central theme of the Berkeley Culture Initiative's third annual Culture Conference - Addressing Systemic Racism and Fostering Inclusion Through Organizational Culture - UC Berkeley Professors Jennifer Chatman and Sameer Srivastava moderate a discussion with UC President Michael Drake on developing strategies to cultivate a culture of inclusion and equity, drawing from Drake's extensive career in higher education implementing innovative solutions to improve university diversity and access.
