It's so delicious that I cook it almost every day! I learned this trick from an Italian family!

▶ Recipe and ingredients:
1 kg pork
Make even cuts on the meat
Salt, black pepper
2 onions
tomatoes
some olive oil
Salt, pepper, paprika
Cabbage
Salt, black pepper
~ 200 ml cream (33%)
Cover with damp parchment and foil
Bake for about 50 minutes at 200°C
~ 800 g potatoes
Cook in salted water until soft
Remove the foil and bake until golden brown
Vegetable oil, dry garlic
Fry boiled potatoes
1-2 pickled cucumbers
1 garlic clove
3 tablespoons sour cream
1 spoon mayonnaise
roasted golden brown
Parmesan
Mmm...incredibly delicious dinner for the whole family!
