So the MOT never happened as the computer would not let the test begin. DVLA won't change the V5 to electric, so I - and all other converters are stuck. Even vehicles that have been converted and had the V5 changed are having their V5's reissued back as Fossil Fuel.

I have written to the DVLA, my MP and even contacted Fifth Gear (who are EV only now!).

Not happy...
