🍞INGREDIENTS
Italian soft wheat flour Tipo ‘00’(250g) or all-purpose flour (250g)
Water 200g
Salt 1/2Tsp
Maple syrup or honey 1Tbsp (15g)
Instant yeast 1Tsp (3g)
Olive oil 1Tbsp

☘️* The ratio of flour to water is 1: 0.8
☘️*The iron pan measures is 26cm diameter.
☘️*Preheated oven 400°F / 200°C,Bake 20-25 minutes.
