This is clincial approach of a case of paraplegia.This video will describe how to differentiate between UMN(spastic) and LMN(flaccid) causes of paraplegia,what is intramedullary and extramedullary spinal cord compression.Etiologies of paraplegia include GBS,pott's spine,Lathyrism,familial spastic paraparesis,transverse myelitis,sub acute combined degeneration of cord,motor neuron disease,multiple sclerosis and myopathies.
