Our client came to us a few months ago wanting to put a 2019 Ford crate Ecoboost motor (Only 5 in the world were made) into his longtime beloved 2005 Ford Ranger. We weren't sure if it could be done at first, but we were up to the challenge. Hundreds of hours later, brand new engine, and brand new twin-turbos, we have this beauty.
