Today I'm sharing an update on how I approach the anti inflammatory diet for ME and the foods I emphasize. After being really restrictive with my diet for a long time, I now focus on the abundance of food I can have while eating an anti-inflammatory or Mediterranean style diet. I don't restrict, but I do set boundaries for myself that ensure I reach my goals of maintaining a healthy weight, having balanced hormones, and preventing chronic disease.
