The Apple Watch Series 6 features a blood oxygen monitor, but it’s a wellness device, not a medical device. Apple knows how to make a great smartwatch: the processor is faster, the screen is brighter, and the altimeter is always on. Those Memoji watch faces are a little weird, though.
