Hey, it's Ava! 🌟 Today, we're diving straight into the magic of my kitchen with a Lemon Bundt Cake that'll knock your socks off :D It's moist, tangy, and cloaked in a glaze that's pure sunshine. 🍋 I've known this recipe since I was a child when my mum baked this every Easter and I'm thrilled to share it with you now 💛❤️

Ingredients:
Eggs: 2
Softened Butter: 110g
Sugar: 200g (plus 50g for the glaze)
Oil: 2 tbsp
Lemon Zest: 2 tsp
All-Purpose Flour: 190g
Baking Powder: 1 tsp
Salt: ½ tsp
Lemon Juice: 2 tbsp (plus 10g for the glaze)
Milk: 120 ml
For the Glaze:
Sugar: 50g
Lemon Juice: 10g
Butter and breadcrumbs for greasing the pan
