Your outlet tester is probably wrong. Electrical troubleshooting when a hot/grd reverse is displayed on your three light outlet tester.


I could have edited this video to go straight to the problem and fix but wanted to make a good video on troubleshooting in the field. Lots of mistakes were made in this video but I hope that you can learn from them if you find yourself in a similar situation when troubleshooting outlets.
