Today I had a lot of fun talking to a wonderful Psychosynthesis Psychotherapist and Shamanic Practitioner Stevie Altman.

We delve into areas such as The Golden Shadow and how we can unearth the forgotten joys of our childhood selves and also what we can learn from our Dark Nights of the Soul and how these times can inspire and give us the wisdom to hold a space for both our own and other peoples healing journeys.

Stevie many years ago had a suicide attempt and he has learned a great deal through this experience and what then unfolded within him.

We also exlpore how we can learn to sit more with our grief and sadnesses and not always be wanting to press the 'fastforward' button on our pain.
