MINOR CLARIFICATION: The last few slides mistakenly have the Z-value at 1.98. It should be 1.96, to be completely precise (as was stated in a previous slide). But this shouldn't impact your calculation too much. For the test, you can simply use Z=2 for obtaining your 95% CI. That will give you sufficiently precise values.
