Recipe with measurement:
150g salted butter (i used President brand)
150g salted egg yolk
300g corn flakes
2 small chili
25 to 30 curry leaves
Optional - one tablespoon of sugar add with salted egg yolk powder if you like sweet (i donʻt :)

All processes must be medium to low heat and stir constantly.

This is also the exact same method to make salted egg yolk crab or prawn, just need to fry the prawn and crab first.
