2016 February 22: At about 1035 miles my 2016 Chevrolet Colorado Duramax Diesel started what I believe to be the first regen cycle on the DPF filter. I uses an android phone an Torque application with a bluetooth OBDII reader to look at data that is coming from the engine. The temperatures run above 850F during the process.
