CELEST is as some might know responsible for the budget focused products from KINERA..

However budget is not synonymous with low quality and one just has to look briefly at the range of products with the CELEST logo , to realize that KINERA DNA is present.

The Gumiho was the first release and the novelty was the usage of a new tech driver called SPD....square planar driver.

This tech was not initially understood, and much controversy followed , until emotions ran out of steam and people finally grasped what it was all about.

The Pandamon MK1 soon followed and this was a different, more refined beast.
Using a ver2.0 of the SPD driver, it was a single SPD driver , not a 1+1 as the Gumiho, but it offered a more mature and refined sound, which I personally enjoyed very much.

The Pandamon MK2 we now see is in essence a MK1 driver in a new shell, a resin printed affair, tastefully finished in a translucent blue and with some adjustments made to the venting system of said shell.

The result is a visually more classy and mature look , that sounds 99% like the OG MK1 Pandamon.
Let me elaborate, the MK2 has a somewhat Harman sound profile but the 5.5 dB bass gain and 7.5 dB pinna, provide a very mature, smooth and fatigue free experience, that is what i like to call organically musical.

The bass might be a little on the light side for some, and a little more twinklies and Sparklies might also be required , if you are a treble head, but the Pandamon MK2 is not a IEM for the beginner , its for someone that instead of just chugging down his beer, prefers the taste of Kaiyo Mizunara Oak Whisky.
