Mining news is all go, with Albemarle (ALB.nyse) trying to grab the attention of the lithium market through an auction sale, leading to us yarning about the state of the lithium market.

The Battle of Sierra Rutile (SRX) has become one of the most fascinating stories we’ve covered with the emergence of a host of colourful characters today. Hastings’s (HAS) search for capital led us to dive into their books, which make for tough reading, while on the more positive note Talisman (TLM) shared some intriguing mineralisation hits, which neighbours Kingston (KSN) no doubt welcomed as they too launched a capital raise.
