Heres a great how to video on cooking beef back ribs. Decided to leave the rib membrane on for a different chew texture. The big secret here is my spritz mix which makes for a super juicy rib. You can use a smoker, gas grill, charcoal grill or regular oven. I am using a Traeger Pro 780 grill powered by a Jackery Explorer 1000
