Birhors, a Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Group (PVTG) living in Chhattisgarh, are suffering from excessive alcohol consumption.

Why? — They blame freebies for it. Some tribesmen are selling food grains, and cooking oil in exchange for country liquor made from Mahua trees. Taking advantage of this, missionaries are persuading them to take up Christianity.
