We found this 1891 vise in the basement of a former general store in Canada. This old vise must have been sitting there for several dozen years. The vise is 175 pounds, with 6" wide jaws and an opening of over 8". We love to have the opportunity to give back these tools some much-needed love and getting them back to life. 🙌

Even after restoring it, we can clearly see that it's not perfect, but it will be more than enough for us to grind and cut metal on it!

We also plan on creating a mobile stand for it to be easily moved around in our tiny workshop!

So be sure to subscribe if you want to see the rest of the project! 👍
