In this webinar, we explored the role of evidence in the AI era and the need for capacity building of judicial actors on issues related to AI-generated evidence. We discussed the diverse types of AI-generated evidence that could be used in legal cases and the challenges that judicial actors might have faced when evaluating the evidence and its admissibility in court. We also examined best practices for building the capacity of judicial actors on issues related to AI-generated evidence, including training programs, educational resources, and collaborative efforts with AI experts.
