Dudu Msomi is a well known and often interviewed strategy facilitator for boards and management; a leadership and executive coach and team builder. However her journey to this point was not predictable by any means and consequently, neither  is her coaching and strategic intervention style.

In this face to face, in depth video interview, Msomi takes us from her days in Advertising working on the Pepsi account  - as one of very few black women in that position - through to her entrepreneurial struggles and the mentors who advised and  inspired her along the way.

Contrary to the norms of her sector, Msomi is not a fan of theorising, modelling and intellectualising intervention processes. She prefers to simplify, clarify and ask hard questions. She prides herself and her staff on not just facilitating conversation, but examining the ‘quality of thinking’ in the organisations for whom they consult. All of which she freely shares here in her affable and entertaining style.
