Brennan is a used car salesman tormented by the recurring memory of his parents dying at a young age. After waking up to yet another reminder of the event, Brennan's nightmares take hold and he starts to lose his grip on the world around him. "Internalize" follows Brennan through one of his episodes of declining mental health, told through abstract visuals and complex cinematography that illustrates how he perceives the world around him.
