Ingredients (for a 22 cm frying pan):

- 5g instant dry yeast
- 30g sugar
- 300g rice flour
- 340-360 warm milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 10ml cooking oil


Notes and tips:

- I used 100% rice flour (not glutinous).
- After mixing all the ingredients, place the dough in a warm place for about 1 hour. The volume of the dough should double in size.
- The cooking time depends on the diameter of the pan and the heating temperature. I cooked on low heat for about 30 minutes on each side.
