Complete, step by step, easy, and delicious!
Chicken Tenders, Dipping Sauce, French Fries, Garlic Texas Toast, and Chocolate Trifle.
**For chicken tenders:
Chicken breast - 3
Flour - 1 cup
Salt/Pepper - 1 tsp ea
Buttermilk - 1 cup or whole milk combined with 2 tablespoons white vinegar (Tenderizes Chicken)
Oil for deep frying-about 4 inches. 350 F. fry for approx 10--12 minutes or until internal temp of chicken reaches 165 F. If you don't have thermometer then cut chicken in half and if juices run clear then it is done.
** For dipping sauce:
Mayonaise - 3/4 cup
Ketchup _ 1/4 cup
Garlic Powder - 2 tsp
Black Pepper - 2 tsp
Worchestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice - 1/2 tsp
Mix well and chill
*Crinkle Cut French Fries - Store bought
*Garlic Texas Toast - Store bought
*Chocolate Trifle:
Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix - 3.9 ounces
Combine with 2 cups milk
Mix Well. Chill
Cool Whip - Thawed
Hostess Chocolate Little bundt cakes
Butterfinger candy bar - Crumbled
In glass layer pudding, cake, cool whip, pudding again. Top with butterfinger crumble.
Chill until ready to serve.
