Doctors strongly suggested I keep vocal rest and stick to my diet plan (basically nothing acidic, spicy, greasy, and so forth). I feel like I should be doing more work on the vehicles, but most days I have such low energy that even just moving from one camp to another takes a lot out of me.

Maybe a few more months of rest will help.....I keep saying to myself as this year rapidly comes to a close in less than 2 months....
