If you’re struggling to decide between Shopify and Wix, this ‘quick verdict’ video is going to make things a lot easier for you.

If you want to sell products online, Shopify is nearly always the better choice. Unlike Wix it was created specifically to be an online store builder, meaning that its ecommerce tools are all much more developed than the Wix equivalents. So when it comes to multi-currency selling, dropshipping, print on demand, point of sale, abandoned cart recovery and tax calculation, Shopify beats Wix comprehensively.

However, Wix wins when it comes to content management and presentation. Because of its origins as a website builder rather than an ecommerce platform, it gives you a much wider range of features for creating and showcasing blogs, galleries and video content.

So, for ecommerce choose Shopify. For building content sites, Wix is usually the better bet.
