Litesport is an XR fitness company and Snapdragon partner that uses a combination of augmented reality, AI, standalone smart glasses and a smartphone to bring immersive experiences with real trainers to the comfort of your home gym.

This particular experience was developed using the Snapdragon Spaces XR Developer Platform. Together with Snapdragon Seamless, it connects products we use everyday — smartphones, smartwatches, earbuds, etc. — for frictionless fitness experiences.

Litesport is powered by ASENSEI, an AI company dedicated to making digital training more accessible — and more personal. Simply pop on a pair of smart glasses, logon to Litesport’s training hub, and dive into an immersive workout experience.

The Litesport dashboard offers athletes deep insights about their health and fitness metrics — from sleep efficiency to heart rate monitoring to calories burned and much more. Each athlete can access a personalized workout every day and get guidance and corrective feedback from a real, professional personal trainer in real time

Litesport trainers workout out alongside athletes, displaying proper technique and offering words of advice and encouragement throughout the experience. For example, say you’re doing squats, but your technique is slightly off. In this instance, your Litesport instructor would inform you that your thighs must be parallel with the ground, or that you’re moving too quickly in one direction or the other.

As digital transformation continues at pace across industries, the health and fitness space becomes more connected and more immersive — and therefore more accessible. Working and learning from home often also means working out from home — and Litesport helps make that easier.
