20 years ago my prized Frontier Gas Wayne 615 Visible gas pump was stolen from my driveway. Today we restore a "new" pump to replace this lost treasure.

Wayne made hand pumps as early as the 1800's, but introduced the visible gas pump in the 1920's These were replaced in the 30's by electric pumps that didn't require hand pumping, and after WW II they came out with pumps with gallon and price calculators.

These early pumps have become favorite collectables selling for thousands of dollars. Barn finds are still readily available and restoration is easy as there are many replacement parts available.
