Alberta lifted a six-month moratorium on new renewable energy projects, but are new rules a poison pill for the industry?
The moratorium put $33 billion in projects on hold and some industry experts are saying new rules just might continue a defacto moratorium.
We talked to renewable energy expert Dr. Sara Hastings-Simon at the University of Calgary to find out what the proposed rule changes are and what impact they might have on Alberta's formerly booming renewable energy industry.
