A year after a deadly shooting at a private elementary school in Nashville, Tennessee, lawmakers voted 68-28 in favor of a bill that would allow some teachers and staff to carry concealed handguns in schools.

Protesters gathered on Tuesday shouting “blood on your hands” at Tennessee House Republicans to express their disapproval.
