We at Three Kitchens Podcast are feeling the cost of food rise just like the rest of you. So we thought it would be great to share with you this great skill that will cut the cost of meat.

This video will teach you how to chop up a chicken into 11 pieces. This will cut the cost of boneless, skinless chicken breasts in half! Once you've got the chicken all chopped up, you can freeze all the pieces. Save wings from 7 or 8 chickens and you've got enough for wings night. Use the legs and thighs for another meal.

And here is the best part: the back of the chicken. This isn't a piece you would buy at the store, but you can use it and stretch your dollar even more! Save the backs from 3 chickens to make a delicious homemade broth. Once you've boiled the backs, remove the chicken from them and you've got "free meat" that you can make into a delicious chicken and rice dish called Arroz con Pollo.
