We had fun with this Honda D16 conversion project for a rather unusual Mini Pickup Truck (converted from an Australian market Mini Van). It's a nice blend of simplicity and creature comforts. The interior has everything you need and nothing you don't, plus electric air conditioning for the warm California climate where it will be driven.
