Cheesy Chicken Lasagna

For Noodles:

1 Pack Lasagna
1 Tbs. Salt
1 Tbs oil
Pot of boiling water

For Meat Sauce:

1 Tsp. Olive oil
1-24 oz. Jar Marinara Sauce
2 Lbs. Ground chicken or any ground meat
1/2 Onion
4 Cloves Garlic
1/2 Tsp Black pepper
1 Tsp Mrs Dash or all-purpose seasoning
Salt to taste

For Cheeses:

1 Lbs. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 Lbs Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 Lbs. Ricotta cheese
1 egg
Salt to taste
1/2 Tsp Black pepper

* Add onion and garlic to a pan with 1 Tsp oil and cook for about a minute
* Next, add the ground chicken and cook for about 5 minutes until water from chicken evaporated
* Add marinara sauce and 1/4 cup water, simmer for 30 minutes
* After 30 minutes, sauce is ready, uncover and let cool
* Add water to a big pot to boil, add salt, oil and lasagna noodles
* Cook according to package direction about 10 minutes
* Drain noddles and set aside
* Grate mozzarella and Parmesan cheese together in a bowl
* In a separate bowl, add ricotta cheese, egg, salt and black pepper, mix to combine
* To assemble the lasagna, add a thin layer of sauce to the bottom of baking dish
* Then layer noodles over sauce
* Next, add 1/3 of the ricotta cheese mixture and spread evenly over noodles
* Add 1/3 of the meat sauce over ricotta cheese
* Finally, add 1/3 of mozzarella and Parmesan over meat sauce
* Repeat for for the additional two layers
* Cover and bake in a 350 degrees pre-heated oven for a total of 45 minutes, 30 minutes covered and 15 minutes uncovered
* After 30 minutes, remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly

Note, for this recipe, I did three layers of noodles
