Its been hotter than Satan's sauna for a very long time. Summer drought and temps over 100F and record heat have ravaged the garden. I took some time off, but now that we've had some good, restorative rain and the first signs of cooler weather (which means fall for us coastal Texans!) we will begin gardening in earnest again.
