It’s not very often we have cars in the Deutsch Tech Performance workshop like this, but today we have a 1000 mile old Mercedes A35 AMG in for a fully valved OPF back exhaust system!

The customer wanted to get as much noise from the car as possible, whilst keeping the car warranty friendly and MOT compliant which can be tricky with the new OPF/PPF/GPF model cars.

We decided to build from the OPF backwards, stepping the bore size of the exhaust up to 3 Inches for a deeper tone to encourage more noise from the exhaust.

We re-used the factory valve and retrofitted it into our custom system, giving the customer full OEM valve control through the cars electronics.
