1 cup (100 g) rolled oats or prepared oat flour.
2 medium or 4 small apples.
Rinse 3.5 ounces (100 g) raisins in hot water.
2 ripe bananas.
2 eggs.
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1 teaspoon baking powder.
6 inch (15 cm) baking dish.
Bake in a preheated oven at 360F/180C for approximately 50-60 minutes.

1 cup (100 g) rolled oats or prepared oat flour.
Rinse 2.5 oz (70 g) dried cranberries in hot water.
1 apple.
1 banana.
1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional).
Grease the frying pan with vegetable oil.
Cook over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
