This video is on how to fall asleep faster, get to sleep quickly, and improve your sleep quality.

Learn how to use progressive muscle relaxation, AKA PMR, to help release tension in your whole body and allow your mind to relax into deep sleep.

The technique is simple.

Start by contracting your left lower leg while inhaling for 5s. Release and then take a few breaths while bringing your awareness to your leg. Then contract the entire left leg in the same manner. Move onto the same process for the right leg.

Next, you'll contract the hips, abs, and chest in the same manner. Moving onto the arms and finishing with the face. The whole process should take 1-5 minutes and leave you with a pleasant and relaxed feeling helping you fall asleep faster.
