🌴 3/4 c. coconut water 💦 Coconut water has the five electrolytes that your body needs: potassium, sodium, magnesium, phosphorous, and calcium

🍚 1/2 c. cooked oatmeal (preferably cooled, which makes it high in resistant starch). Oats help neutralize acidity in the body.

🍌 1 banana (frozen for a refreshing twist). Bananas are packed with potassium and also contain a balanced mixture of fructose and glucose, which will help restore glycogen levels.

🥜 1-2 TB almond butter. Almonds are high in Vitamin E and fats that support the liver. They also have protein, which can help balance blood sugar and promote satiety.

🍯 1 TB raw honey (optional). Honey has antibacterial properties and is full of enzymes.

🍃 1 inch peeled ginger root or 1/2 tsp. ginger powder. Ginger aids in digestion and calms the stomach.
