This is the fully automatic inline machine B7500 with bdtronic hot air cold stamp technology BHS HOT AIR®.

It is a modular machine design in a double station with additional process result check. Here we have a quick transfer of the work piece carriers to the stations. We can offer a product-specific process were modules are driven onto the product.
We have a regulated heating with redundant temperature and air flow monitoring per nozzle and the nozzles are individually controllable.
