Today's recipe is a chowder.Chowder is a thick creamy soup usually made using seafood and  vegetables.Here we have the razor clams and I am showing a zero fancy razor clam chowder.

Here's the list of ingredients:


Clam meat - 300g 

Butter 🧈 - 2 tbsp

Garlic 🧄 - 4 cloves 

Shallots - 1

Green chillies - 3

Juice of 1 lemon 🍋 

Zest of a lemon 🍋 

Parsley - 1 tsp

Fresh cream 

Milk

Spring onion - 4-6 stems

Salt 

Pepper
