2 Minute Tuesday: If you want your tires to last you should consider rotating them ever 5,000 - 10,000 miles. Why might you ask?

Different tires get different amounts of abuse, and none of it is good. Your front tires take the most punishment, especially if you have a front wheel drive vehicle.

1) The majority of the weight is where your engine is
2) The front gets more force under breaking
3) The outside tire travels farther than inside

All of these factors lead to uneven tire wear. Rotating your tires will average the wear out between all the tires and make it as even as possible.
