This is the 255th episode of Kingdom Hearts, "The Key to Kingdom Hearts".

In an earlier episode, we saw Xemnas take Kairi captive, and at the start of this episode, we see Master Xehanort pay that off by using her as the 13th key, the one to open Kingdom Hearts. Realizing the dangers that poses, the Guardians of Light plot a strategy to both defeat Xehanort and close Kingdom Hearts. Sora takes the lead by deciding to go after Xehanort while the others close Kingdom Hearts from the Keyblade Graveyard, and realizing that they have no part to play with the other Keyblade wielders without Keyblades themselves, Donald Duck and Goofy join Sora for one final mission that leads them to a city that appears filled with beauty but one that has a dark secret, one that Xehanort knows all about.
