Let it ride- If you haven’t used binaural beats before, they may seem a little strange at first. I usually find, with the binaural beats, that there is a noticeable shift around the 10 minute mark, which is when your brain adjusts to the frequencies . ⛵️

- Commit to at least 5 - 10minutes for brainwaves to shift and synchronise.
- Use Low sub level volume. The tone doesn’t need to be very loud for it to work.
- Integrate your favourite wave into your daily schedule for noticeable results.
- Reprogram your subconscious with positive thinking and expansive ideas
