The method: We put the condensed milk in a closed pressure cooker, cover it with water, turn off the pressure, put on the whistle, and leave it for half an hour. If you like the toffee to be not rubbery, leave the condensed milk for an hour and a half until it freezes. If you like it to be rubbery, leave it for half an hour. Then we pour the milk into the pot and boil it for 10 minutes, stirring constantly, until it thickens. It becomes rubbery and we pour the mixture into a pastry bag after it cools a little. Do not leave it until it cools completely. It will stick to the pot and be difficult to pour.
