Hi again amazing people!
I decided to try the animal-based diet for 1 week and vlogged it for fun. Why not? I have never followed a specific way of eating before so this was weird and challenging for me. What can I say, I'm a foodie! However, I do feel the best when I am fuelling myself with yummy, nourishing foods!
The main takeaway I got from this experience is "its not what you eat, but its the quality of what you eat". In my opinion, no specific-based diet is sustainable. But BALANCE is!
I choose BALANCE.
