Home prices in Canada peaked in early 2022. Since then, it has been a roller coaster ride of price declines and price gains. Currently, prices are about 21% off of the highs that the market saw just over two years ago. But that isn't stopping one real estate firm from calling for record setting prices by the end of 2024.

In this video, we take a look at the Royal LePage report, see what CREA numbers would have to do in order to make the forecast come to fruition and take a look at some of the factors that are probably not being considered when it comes to the forecast!
