--⟣ - RICE WATER RECIPE - ⟢--

Ingredients ----------------------------
☼ 1 cup rice
☼ 2 cups water
☼ Grapefruit Peel (as much as you like)
☼1 tsp Fo Ti Root
☼ ½ TBSP Shikakai extract

Steps ----------------------------
1. Wash Hands
2. Rinse rice to remove contaminants (the Yao women keep the rice from this step)
3. Mix Rice and Water and scrub for 5 minutes (up to 10 if ya fancy)
4. Strain out the rice and transfer water to pot
5. Add grapefruit peel, fo ti, and shikakai 
6. Bring to boil then simmer for 10 minutes
7. When cooled transfer to container and store in a cabinet for 3-7 days. 

Application ----------------------------
Transfer to spray or squirt bottle and apply roots to ends until saturated. *Avoid Eyes.
Allow to sit for 20-30 minutes.
In the shower before rinsing, give your scalp a gentle scrub.
Rinse the formula and follow with conditioner if desired.
